My Story
I’m Stephen Tinney, also known as 1-Stop-Steve, your full-service partner for buying, selling, and financing homes in Northern New Jersey. My goal is simple: to deliver success and satisfaction for every client I work with, whether that means selling your home for top dollar, finding your next home, or securing the financing that makes it all possible.
Before launching into real estate full time, I spent over 25 years in the healthcare field. It was there that I learned how to listen carefully, support people through major life decisions, and advocate for their best outcome. These values now guide everything I do in real estate. I treat every client like family and every transaction like it’s my own.
Why I Became a Dual-Licensed Agent
After seeing how overwhelming the real estate process can be, especially when clients are working with multiple professionals, I became licensed in both real estate and mortgage services. My goal was to offer a simpler, more supportive experience.
